Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods inform us within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the goods. Unfortunately you as the customer are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be complete with all manufacturer’s original packaging. Returns will be credited back to the original credit card or Paypal account used during purchase. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please complete the RA# Request Form to request an RA#. All fields are required. A representative will contact you with the RA#. Once you receive the RA# please package the items and write the RA# clearly on the outside of the box. We always recommend double boxing the items to avoid freight damage.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
